Jonathan Sun BPE, CAT(C)
Certified Athletic Therapist


Completed his BPE in Athletic Therapy from the University of Alberta and also his advanced certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. Certified since 2004,  Jonathan sat on the board of directors for the Athletic Therapists Association of BC for 5 years including a term as president. He has worked clinically since 2004 and has been the Athletic Therapist for the Canadian National Tae Kwon Doe Team for the 2006- Commonwealth Championships, Canadian Senior Woman’s Basketball, Canadian U-18 woman’s soccer, and BC provincial soccer program. He has done continuing education in Muscle Energy Technique of Lumbo-Pelvis and Cervico-Thoracic, Active Release Technique upper extremity, Cranial Sacral Technique level I and Soft Tissue Release.

Craig Pangindian BSc. Kin., CAT(C)
Certified Athletic Therapist

Craig Pangindian completed his B.Sc. in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and also obtained his Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.  He previously worked as a Kinesiologist doing active rehabilitation for workers compensation and Motor vehicular accident patients. Since completing his advanced certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University, Craig has been Jonathan's understudy at Evolution Sport Therapy. He is Certified with the Canadian College of Athletic Therapy since Nov, 2009.  Craig was the also the Athletic Therapist for the 2008-2009 All-City Midget Football Champions, Calgary Hilltoppers, and also  the 2008-2009 CCAA Men’s National Champions, Mount Royal University Cougars.

Heather Johnstone BHK, MPT
Registered Physiotherapist

Heather attained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in Exercise Science from UBC and is a graduate from the Master of Physical Therapy program within the Faculty of Medicine at UBC.  Her clinical experience includes treating sports, car accident and work-related injuries as well as pre and post surgical rehabilitation. Heather has personal experience with competitive soccer and softball, as well as collegiate level volleyball. She has now turned her focus to training and participating in long distance running and triathlon. Heather has completed 2 marathons and 4 half marathons in the last 4 years. She has competed in Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman triathlons for over 6 years. In 2010, Heather completed her first half Ironman (70.3) distance races and is now looking forward to August 2011 when she will compete in Ironman Canada in Penticton.

Heather has her manual therapy Orthopaedic Division Level 1 certificate and is planning to continue with further advanced levels in the near future.  She has also achieved an Advanced Physical Therapy Educational Institute (APTEI) Cervical Headaches Certificate. Heather is also a Certified FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Therapist.

Delan Vandenberg RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy Program at ICT Kikkawa in Toronto. With additional training in fascial release and sports therapy, he focuses on expediting your recovery time during training and preventing re-injury. Practicing since 2007, he has worked with tri-athletes to dragon boaters to help them reach their best before race day.
